Flyer Approval Proccess
The Peninsula School District attempts to relay information to our staff, students and their families about the variety of nonprofit community services and activities available by posting online COMMUNITY POSTINGS and maintaining community bulletin boards/tables at the buildings.

Please email the flyer and the Request to Post Flyers to Roxann Tallman. You will receive approval by email and must present a copy of the approval to school personnel prior to posting on school community bulletin board/information tables. The principal at each school provides the final authority for posting. At no time can district staff time, office equipment or materials be used in the dissemination of flyers, as the district can not contribute such a gift of public funds.
- The Request to Post Flyers process does not impact PTA, PTSA, ASB or announcements of other school-related or sponsored activities.
- Non-Profit Identity Numbers shall be included on each flyer, i.e., 501c

Information for Peninsula School District Staff members may be distributed following the approval process above. Once approved, Kathy Weymiller will provide you with staff 'counts' per building as appropriate for your request.
