Looking For Another KMS Team Member
Due to Jean Kaslik, one of our para-educators, retiring and adding students in need of support in classes, Kopachuck has two para-educator positions open. Kopachuck is a great place to work as we have a collaborative, supportive staff and good students. If you know someone that would like to work full-time, encourage him or her to go to the PSD Human Resources website to apply online: https://psd401.net/human-resources/.
Kopachuck ASB is sponsoring TWO assemblies in January!
On Friday 1/5 we are fortunate to have The Baker’s Dozen – an a capella group from Yale University perform for Kopachuck students and staff. What a great way to kick off the new year!
On Monday 1/8 in honor of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day we will have Living Voices, a theater group from Seattle, perform The Right to Dream. This program illuminates the issues of civil rights, leading audiences to understand how the fight against prejudice has shaped our history.
Packets due January 5th
Girls basketball tryouts start on January 8th
Be sure to make sure you have a current physical – within the last 2 years.
