WatchDOGS (Dads of Great Students) is an initiative program by the National Center for Fathering that encourages fathers and father figures to get involved in schools in order to provide positive male role models for the students and to enhance school security. They are fathers, grandfathers, step-fathers, uncles, and other father figures who volunteer to serve at least one day each year in a variety of school activities as a positive role model for students.
