Leads the program with integrity, vision, and a student-first mindset.
- Oversees all aspects of team management: practices, games, safety, communication, and staffing.
- Ensures all student-athletes and coaching staff are cleared and compliant through FinalForms and ESS.
- Creates and communicates season plans, including expectations, team rules, and emergency procedures.
- Serves as the primary point of contact with administration, families, and community.
- Responsible for evaluations, equipment inventory, and end-of-season reporting.
โ Must be cleared through ESS (includes fingerprinting + background check).
โ Must complete all required certifications and maintain current WIAA/PSD compliance.
โ Subject to season-end evaluation; not guaranteed year-to-year placement. -
Supports the head coach and plays a key role in athlete development and team culture.
- Assists with planning and running practices, supervision, and game management.
- Helps manage equipment, facilities, and player safety.
- Promotes discipline, skill development, and sportsmanship.
- Collaborates with the head coach to support all athletes consistently.

Serves in a non-paid role under the supervision of the head coach.
- Assists with practices and events in a supportive capacity.
- Must follow all district and WIAA policies, including safety and communication protocols.
- Helps reinforce positive team culture, behavior, and expectations.
