Opening Doors to College with WAGAP: PSD Partners to Provide Guaranteed College Admission

Peninsula School District is excited to announce its partnership with the Washington Guaranteed Admissions Program (WAGAP), giving our high school students a clear path to college. Through this initiative, PSD students who meet eligibility criteria will have guaranteed admission to Washington’s public universities, including UW Tacoma, WSU, and WWU, among others. This program aims to inspire and empower every student to consider a college education, making higher education accessible and achievable.

PSD joins 132 public school districts statewide in this collaborative effort to bridge the gap between high school and higher education by offering guaranteed admission to Washington’s public universities.

Through WAGAP, PSD is actively working to ensure that every student, regardless of their background or educational pathway, knows that a future in higher education is achievable. Participating universities include Central Washington University, Eastern Washington University, The Evergreen State College, University of Washington Tacoma, Washington State University, and Western Washington University.
