Important: Verify Your ParentSquare Contact Information and 
Notification Settings

Dear PSD Families,


We want to ensure you receive all important communications from your student’s school. Please take a moment to verify and update your contact information and notification preferences in ParentSquare over the weekend.


Check Your Contact Information (in your internet browser)

  • Sign in to ParentSquare

  • Click your name at the top-right and select "My Account"

  • Select "Edit Account" on the left

  • Review your email and phone number. 

  • If your contact information is incorrect, contact your student’s school to update your information in our system.



Review Your Notification Settings

  • From "My Account," select "Notification Settings" on the left

  • Choose your preferred delivery method (Instant or Digest)

  • Ensure notifications are turned ON for email, text, and app

  • Ensure notifications are turned ON for Urgent Alerts & Notices



Troubleshooting Tips:

  • Check your spam/junk folder for emails from donotreply@parentsquare.com

  • Add ParentSquare to your safe senders list

  • If you're not receiving texts, send START to 66458
